Wednesday Wonders ✨

listening 🍂~ my sister recommended Jervis Campbell to me and on my initial listen, I’m loving it! I can’t wait to take some time to read his lyrics and dive in a bit more. I’m STILL plugging away at The Pickwick Papers and it’s cracking me up all the while annoying me, also! 😂 Good ‘ole Dickens. I’m carrying it over into November.

watching 🍁~ Thanks to Kim 😅, I’ve enjoyed episodes of Cinderella and the Four Knights on YouTube. A wee repetitive, but over all, very sweet and funny. My littlest and I really enjoyed Charlie Brown and the Great Pumpkin. 🎃 I kind of want to rewatch it again soon! 😂 We watched a couple episodes of Over the Garden Wall, but they are CREEPY for my youngest! We’ve been keeping tabs on the Milwaukee Brewers in the World Series, too! Very exciting! I’m a fair-weather Wisconsin sports fan. I only pay attention when any of them are doing well! 🤣 My 17 yo daughter is a super Brewers fan, so she is over the moon! Let’s go, Brewers! 😁✨Tonight could be the night! ⚾️

reading 🍂~ I’m most excited about The Emmanuel Promise by Summer Joy Gross. I’m a couple chapters in and I can tell it’s going to be a powerful read for me! 🥹♥️🙏🏻 I’m really enjoying a last minute Victober addition , Ayala’s Angel by Anthony Trollope! I have many piles to choose from, but my mood seems to be shifting to beautifully-written children’s literature, nonfiction, and historical fiction.

noticing 🍁~ I was so blessed to attend a women’s retreat with my sister and the weather and scenery were SO breathtaking! It was so nice to relax and catch up with her. I also saw the strangest sight near my home this past week. A heron on top of a 40 foot tree! 😂 My hubby snapped a photo as I was driving.

What are you listening to, watching, reading, noticing? 🍂🍁✨🎃♥️

  1. Lovely photos!! 🥰 Cinderella does get a tad repetitive and my girls started to get annoyed at all the flashbacks. 🤣 But I think that might be a Kdrama hallmark 🤷🏻‍♀️?
